A very good start to two episodes! Billy Bob Thorton (Tommy Norris) is absolutely amazing in the lead role.
In short, I fear creator and writer Taylor Sheridan may fall into a sticker mentality and reduce the series to: Big Oil: Bad!
I saw Jacob Lofland (Cooper Norris) when he was on “Justified”; Ali Larter (Angela Norris) as Tommy’s ex-wife and Michelle Randolph (Ainsley Norris), Tommy’s daughter, are insufferable and I already expect really bad things to happen to them! The character of Jon Hamm (Monty Miller), owner of the company and Tommy’s boss, may represent my hopefully unrealized fears about this growing series.
